1.Center for House Calls by Private Family Doctors – 24 / 7
House
call service by private doctors, 24 hours a day, and in addition laboratory
test services at the customer's home (such as urine tests, blood tests and
throat swabs) as necessary.
Service is available throughout Israel, and includes:

House calls by a family doctor 24
hours a day. Service is offered for a self-participation fee of 25
NIS, around the clock.

Dispensing of medication sufficient
for 24 hours or until the end of the Sabbath or holiday.

Referral letter to hospitals if
necessary.

Payment for transportation by
ambulance based on approval by a Europe Assistance doctor.

ECG test at the customer's home at
the doctor's discretion.

Laboratory
Test Services at the Customer's Home
Laboratory tests are executed according to
doctor's instructions by a medical team at the customer's home, in return for a
self-participation fee of 45 NIS per test, including VAT + the cost of the test
itself. Payment is made in advance over the phone with a credit card.

family health , pharmacological and psychological consulting:
National telephone information center, manned
by senior specialists, who will provide advise over the telephone in their field
of expertise (24 hours a day), all year long, in order to answer common medical
questions that arise in many families.
In addition, customers can receive referrals
for consultations and diagnosis of their medical problems.

Лабораторные анализы на дому у клиента
Анализы
берутся по просьбе врача медицинским персоналом на дому у клиента при условии
личного участия в размере 45 ₪
за один анализ + стоимости самого анализа.
Оплата
производится заранее - при помощи кредитной карточки и по телефону.

Информационная телефонная служба – консультации педиатра, гинеколога, семейного
врача, фармаколога и психолога
Общеизраильская дежурная информационная служба предоставляет клиенту - 24 часа в
сутки, ежедневно – возможность проконсультироваться по телефону с ведущим
врачом-специалистом, специализирующимся в одной из перечисленных областей, и
получить ответ на часто возникающие вопросы по проблемам, с которыми
сталкиваются многие семьи.
Кроме того,
страхователь может получить направление на консультацию и диагностирование по
поводу имеющегося у него недомогания.

Servicio de vivita domiciliaria de un médico
privado las 24 horas y además servicio de pruebas de laboratorio en el domicilio
del cliente (análisis de orina, sangre y esputo) de acuerdo con las necesidades.
El servicio cubre todo el territorio nacional e
incluye:

visita de médico clínico al domicilio del cliente las 24
horas; el valor del servicio es de NIS 25.-, las 24 horas del día.

provisión de medicamentos las 24 horas o hasta la salida
del Shabat o festividades.

Carta de derivación al hospital, si es necesario.

Pago por el transporte en ambulancia, con autorización del
médico de Euro Assistance.

Centro de información telefónica para la salud del
niño, la mujer y la familia y asesor farmacológico y psicológico.
Centro de información telefónico nacional atendido
por especialistas que asesorarán telefónicamente de acuerdo con su área de
especialización las 24 horas del día, todos los días del año, para contestar a
las preguntas en áreas de salud que afectan a la familia.
Además se puede obtener derivación para la asesoría
y diagnóstico en el campo médico que afecta al asegurado.
